Last Tuesday (14/11), I celebrated a Mass in Jesus’ Holy Tomb for all of you who have been continuously expressing your support with your prayers and your generosity.

Margaret’s donation for the handicapped children in Gaza was successfully transferred to the Sisters of Mother Theresa.

Profound gratitude to Margaret for the generous donation of 205€ to assist Mother Theresa Sisters taking care of the handicapped children in Gaza.

A visit of hope

Yesterday, we were blessed to welcome to our monastery H.B. Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem and newly created Cardinal of our Catholic Church and Fr. Davide Meli, Chancellor of the Latin Patriarchate. 

In this very comforting visit, considering the context in the Holy Land, we received from them some updates concerning the ongoing war affecting the people and among them many Christians, especially in Gaza, and the efforts of the Patriarchate to take care of the refugees and to play a role in the mediation.

We thank our Patriarch and his collaborators for the spiritual and material assistance they provide to those in need and all the benefactors who support all these efforts.
